Extra storage is billed monthly, even with annual licenses. Automatic top-ups are off by default: you enable them and set a spending limit. When storage is full, new uploads pause; saved data stays.
Upgrades take effect after confirmed payment. Downgrades take effect at renewal. You see the cost before each action.
After Archive ends: 30 days for viewing and export, then 60 days of closed storage. Annual licenses and monthly storage have separate billing dates.
