Pagination

List operations return one page at a time: { "object": "list", "data": [...], "has_more": true | false }.

Set limit for the page size (each operation states its range and default; for example accounts take 1 to 100, 50 by default).

To get the next page, pass starting_after with the id of the last item you received; stop when has_more is false.

The journal (list_journal_events) is newest first and pages backwards instead: pass before_id with the id of the oldest event of the previous page, or start from a moment with before (a date-time); before_id wins when both are given.
